Concept
My concept
Making children strong – from the inside out.
I am convinced: every child carries within itself everything it needs to go through life self-confident, empathetic and brave. Sometimes all it takes is the right space to rediscover that strength.
In my courses, children learn to pay attention to themselves and their feelings, to set boundaries and to take responsibility for their actions – without pressure, but with fun, movement and heart.
My approach
I work with the IMOTIK® concept (institute: "Stark auch ohne Muckis"). This concept strengthens children's social and emotional competence and helps them to
- recognise and name their feelings,
- use body language consciously,
- resolve conflicts peacefully and
- consolidate their self-worth for the long term.
The goal is not for children to "function" – but for them to learn to understand themselves and to know how to handle difficult situations.
How I work
My trainings are playful, holistic and close to everyday life. I work with movement, role play, conversations, guided imagination journeys and small experiments. That way children experience the topics of resilience, courage and communication actively – not theoretically.
The groups are deliberately kept small so that every child is seen and heard. I place great value on appreciation, humour and safety – only in a trusting environment can real learning and growth happen.
Working with schools & institutions
I offer resilience trainings as
- project days or project weeks,
- regular trainings across the school year or
- workshops in daycare centres, clubs and youth centres.
In working with educators, it is especially close to my heart to accompany children in their individual development while strengthening the social togetherness of the group.
My goal
I want to show children that they are strong – not because they always get everything right, but because they know how to treat themselves and others with love.
"Strength does not mean having no fear – but being brave despite the fear."
– Nelson Mandela
